Today, we proudly celebrate 28 years of excellence, marking a significant milestone in our journey of academic innovation, research advancement, and global engagement.
Our History and Foundation
Founded in 1998 in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, IUFS was established as a non-governmental, non-commercial scientific research university with a distinctive mission: to create a global platform for intellectual collaboration and academic recognition.
Recognized by educational authorities in St. Petersburg and officially registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in 2007, the University has developed a strong institutional foundation rooted in credibility and international outreach.
A major milestone in its development was the establishment of the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC), which plays a central role in maintaining academic standards and awarding international qualifications.
