“About the establishment of the International Institute of Intellectual Property (IIIP)”

1. To create under the International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) (Decree from 25.09.2011 № 03/11 by the solution of World Scientific Congress (2020) and Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council, created  the International Institute of Intellectual Property (IIIP) by participation of IUHAC – Inter-University Higher Academic Council Paris, France under Decree 22.05.2021 Paris.

1. To determine the  activities of the formed  IIIP for realization  juridically world-significantactions connected with intellectual activities in issuing International patents for inventions anddiscoveries.

2. To prepare the Regulations and establish a scientific group.

3. The control over the implementation of these Regulations I reserve under myself.
