The 19th World Scientific Congress will be held on November 28:

“Modern Science: Structure and System”

On November 28, 2023, the 19th World Scientific Congress (WSC) will be held, dedicated to topical issues of structuring modern scientific knowledge, its systemic nature, and its role in strengthening a world without violence. Organized under the auspices of the international scientific community, the congress will bring together leading researchers, philosophers, and practitioners from different countries to discuss fundamentally new approaches to understanding science as a holistic system that unites material and spiritual principles.

Modern science is experiencing a systemic crisis caused by a narrow interpretation of the concepts of “structure” and “system.” The congress goes beyond traditional discussions, proposing to consider science through the prism of the Philosophy of Interaction (PI) — a concept that asserts that all phenomena, including scientific knowledge, are formed in the dynamics of material and spiritual principles.

The congress program reflects the interdisciplinary nature of contemporary scientific challenges. Key presentations include:

• “Contemporary Science: Structure and System in Light of the Philosophy of Interaction (PI)”

• “Noospheric Union of Civilizations”

• “The COVID-19 Pandemic: A Systemic Approach to Leech Therapy”

• “Breakthrough Technologies in Gerontology: Biotrons”

• “The Theory of Strong Thinking,” etc.

Special attention will be paid to the problem of life and death, which, according to PI, requires a comprehensive approach. Speakers will present data showing that life is a constant interaction between the material and spiritual principles, and death is a transition from “Being” to “Otherness,” a special spiritual reality. These ideas are directly related to ethical discussions about abortion, artificial intelligence, and medical technologies.

The Congress emphasizes that science cannot be neutral in the context of wars and conflicts. Scientific discoveries are originally aimed at creation, but their military application contradicts the very nature of science. At the center of the discussions is the experience of Mahatma Gandhi and the concept of Satyagraha (nonviolence as persistence in truth), which, according to experts, requires development in the direction of interaction between the parties, rather than passive resistance.

Research related to spiritual energy is becoming particularly relevant. As will be discussed in the reports, the systematic suppression of the spiritual element in society leads to “explosions” of indignation accompanied by material destruction. The scientific community is called upon to pay more attention to the balance between the material and the spiritual in politics, economics, and education.

One of the controversial topics will be the role of Artificial Intellect in scientific progress. Congress participants will remind us that, despite advances in machine translation and data processing, artificial intelligence is not capable of conveying linguistic nuances and the figurative meaning of language. Practical examples (translations of phrases by M. Sholokhov and I. Turgenev) demonstrate that living human consciousness remains irreplaceable. However, AI can become a powerful tool if it is developed in line with the FV, strengthening the spiritual principle through algorithms.

The 19th VNC goes beyond academic discussion. It offers practical solutions to global problems: strengthening peace through science rather than diplomatic “deals,” integrating spiritual and material aspects in medicine, economics, and education, and developing new areas (cybernetics, bionics) where the interaction of principles becomes the methodological basis.

The Congress emphasizes that modern science is not a set of branches, but a unified system where each discipline retains its “own identity” but contributes to the common cause. As Chairman Santi P. Jayasekera notes: “The activities of the World Science Congress represent freedom without dogmatic boundaries,” allowing participants to rethink the structure of science, its place in society, and its role in shaping the future.

November 28, 2025, will be the date when the scientific community reaffirms that science is not just a tool for knowledge, but also a moral compass for humanity. Join the discussion that will determine the direction of science in the 21st century.
