International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) – Russia, Lithuania, France, Ararat International Academy of Sciences (AIAS) – France, ASSOCIATION JOM, together with the International Higher Academic Council have organized the “XII World Scientific Congress” which will be happening on the 18th and 19th December 2019 at the French National Olympic and Sporting Committee- Paris, France (COMITÉ NATIONAL OLYMPIQUE ET SPORTIF FRANÇAIS).

The event will be conducted under the complete supervision and guidance of the UNESCO in order to make it a success. Accordingly, accredited bodies and the permanent delegates to the UNESCO and the Ex-President of UNESCO, Ambassadors, many high caliber personalities including high commissioners, distinguished delegates and world renowned scientists from over 32 countries, will be participating in this occasion.
Moreover, the President of the National Olympic and Sporting Committee of France, and the Vice-President, together with the affiliate bodies of the National Olympic Committee is due to grace this occasion, which makes it a turning point in the history of World Scientific Congresses.
The congress is themed under “World Peace” it is incredibly significant to have new ideas stimulating the development of Peace. All the work of the Congress is penetrated by the idea of the Peace for various subcategories such as: Science for Peace”, “Sport & Health for Peace”, “Ecology for Peace” and “Scientific Culture for Peace”. Such interaction is beneficial and necessary for the development and improvement of World Peace. It really makes them practically important and vitally significant for the humanity, every living creature, for the fostering of mutual understanding and spiritual enrichment between the people in the whole world, and in this way, strengthens the peace in the modern world.
The President of the Congress is Prof. Agop Kerkiacharian, the co-President- Prof. Shanti P. Jayasekara and the Chief Organizer is Prof. J.S.K. Jayasekara. Cultural Programs and Visa supporting by President of ASSOCIATION JOM Mr. Rat Guillaume.
World renowned scientists from over 32 countries are due to submit their dissertations, which make the event a hub for new technological and logical inventions. This adds a huge value to the industry, contributing very much to the title “Peace”, which draws the interests of the younger generations in the society. The inventions also contribute a lot to solve several critical issues faced by the society today.
As an act of paying gratitude to the scientists, the Organizing Committee of the World Scientific Congress intend to award two medals to the best inventions: “Medal of Paris” and “Award for Peace”. The rest of the best inventions along with the scientists will be chosen to participate in out next Congress, which will be held in U.S.A, in the year 2020.
As a winding up event, a cultural show focused on Traditional Music & Dance of A cultural show focused on Traditional Music & Dance of several countries – Russia, India, Sri Lanka, France, Korea and Lithuania is due to be staged on the last day, as a winding up event on the 19th of December 2019, with the participation of many famous International artists to light up the event. The participants are due to be awarded an invaluable internationally recognized certificate appreciating their talents, by the rector of IUFS University, Prof. Shanti Jayasekara and Prof. Agop Kerkiacharian.

Letter of Invitation and Visa:
If you require a visa for France, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the congress organizers to help facilitate the visa process.Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered delegates.
Applicants affected by these procedures are informed that additional screening is needed. Therefore, attendees should apply for a visa no later than 45 days prior to the congress.
