PRESS RELEASE

8th World Scientific Congress

28-29 November 2016 in Saint Petersburg (Russia) the Eighth World Scientific Congress (WSC) on the topic: “The New in Science: the explained and unexplained”.

The topic of the Eighth World Scientific Congress (WSC) is significant in a theoretical and practical way. In the modern science the system crisis takes place. Its basis takes philosophic-methodological character. Traditional conceptions historically drained themselves, and new approaches in science try to fight various stereotypes.

Science cannot develop successfully without the discovery of something new. Unfortunately, quasi-scientific and quasi-smart phraseology, mechanical replacement of the terms from one science to another, from the natural to the social and literature narcissism is sometimes understood as the new in science.

For the science all the truly new has all the new on its basis, the opening in it something new and previously known and its new interpretation. So, some new terms can even appear.

The discovery of the new is not only limited only be statement. The opening is the interaction of the statement of the phenomena, the physical and spiritual and its interpretation (true genesis and its function). At that time the explained is not the same to the unexplained, for the science all the existing is material and spiritual can be rationally explained, if it is real, not chimera. Science needs fundamental ideas. Ideas are the interaction of the thoughts and feelings. In its realization they impact the reality in the material and spiritual way.

This doesn’t unify the scientific individuals, it allows to open themselves with its full effectiveness.

It is the fundamental idea that comprises the theoretical and practical basis for the new technologies, which are necessary for the human activities. Besides, the discoveries are made not just by new technologies, but by the people that use it and create it. The spiritual basis of the new technologies has its special role in its production.
