\u201cAbout the establishment of the International Institute of Intellectual<\/strong> Property (IIIP)\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\u00a0To\u00a0create\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a0International\u00a0University\u00a0of Fundamental\u00a0Studies\u00a0(IUFS) (Decree from 25.09.2011\u00a0\u2116\u00a003\/11\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0solution of World Scientific Congress (2020) and Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council, created \u00a0the International Institute\u00a0of Intellectual\u00a0Property\u00a0(IIIP) by participation of IUHAC – Inter-University Higher Academic Council Paris, France under Decree 22.05.2021 Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. To determine the  activities of the formed  IIIP for realization  juridically world-significantactions connected with intellectual activities in issuing International patents for inventions anddiscoveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. To prepare the Regulations and establish a scientific group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The control over the implementation of these Regulations I reserve under myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
